Oistins, Barbados. A place that celebrates a way of life and all those who work and contribute to the fishing industry. A quaint fish market, situated in the Parish of Christ Church, transforms into a hive of energy and celebration at night. This market would fail to exist without the plethora of unique and diverse aquatic life present in the waters of the west indies. For a place that I admire, this is my celebration and love letter to Oistins. All fabrics used within this collection are created by hand and capture the unique anatomy of Oistins' unique selection of fish. The beauty in the process is that no piece will ever be identical nor recreated due to the unique application of latex and hand finishes.
